watchlist 8-5-2010

Preferred Bank (PFBC) 1.68 - Dropped pretty big because earnings 52 low of 1.18 check for more pullbacks.

Angiotech Pharma (ANPI) 0.55 - At a new 52 week low of 0.54 watch to see if it touches that again.

Sterling FInancial Corp (STSA) 0.60 - Looks more attractive at the 0.45 to 0.49 level they just announced some merger with a cool naming bank Golf Savings Bank. Looks like a boring stock though.

Drugstore.com (DSCM) 2.10 - Looks attractive at the 2 buck level, dropped big time on Q2 earnings disappointment, will watch to see how it acts around the $1.99 level its new 52 week low.

USA Technolgies (USAT) 0.49 - New low here sitting on lots of cash and does not have that much debt. some catalyst like an acquisition or something may make this jump.

Others
Jones Soda (JSDA) - waiting for it to drop to 1.05 to 1.10 levels
Old Second Bank (OSBC) - need it to drop further 1.30s
Joes Jeans (JOEZ) - need to drop to below 1.90 and below

watchlist 8-1-2010

AuthenTec (AUTH) 2.01 - tech company makes sensors and hardware and software seems oversold and been around the 2.20 range last couple weeks, could be discount prices here at around 2 bucks, will watch the action on this in the morning.

watchlist 7-30-2010

American Apparel (APP) 1.55 - came down to the range i thought it would come down to but didnt think it would come down to the 1.50ish range in a day. Obviously this is due to news of Deloitte resigning as accountant for APP, dropped all the way down to 1.35 when news hit but closed at 1.55, might take position if falls to 1.40 levels.

Network Engines (NENG) 2.03 - close to its 52 week low of 1.93. this company provides and maniufactures server based platform applications and IT network stuff. Will look for early pullback to 1.90s

Joes Jeans (JOEZ) 1.95 - Seems candlestick hammers testing the 1.90 support level. if it breaks and hits the 1.87 area might be a good point of entry
